Q: What can I expect in my first session?
A: Your first session will include an assessment and explanation of the treatment process. At this session, your therapist will meet with you and gather extensive information about your life and presenting concerns. This thorough assessment will help your therapist understand your concerns and needs in order to help you achieve improved life fulfillment and problem reduction.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes early to session so that you can complete all necessary paperwork. You will need to bring a list of all medications you are taking, current insurance card and photo ID, and payment in the form of cash, check or credit card.

Q: Do you take insurance?
A: Wholistic Counseling & Wellness Alternatives, LLC. accepts private- pay and some insurance plans. We also accept most major credit cards. We all offer billing statements for you to submit your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement.
