Girl Talk
Adolescent Girls Workshop Series
$40 per session
These workshops are designed for adolescent girls to have a supportive environment to express and discuss psychological and social problems/ concerns experienced by the adolescent female. The goal of these workshops are to provide adolescent girls with the necessary social skills and positive self-worth to make positive and healthy choices in their life. Workshop topics will discuss improving self-esteem, healthy expression of emotions, body image, stress management and healthy communication skills. Ages 13-19.

Loving My Life
Group starts: March 26, 2008
Every other Wednesday at 12- 1:30pm
$40 per session
This group is designed for individuals who want support and encouragement in living their ideal life. The goal of this group is to promote self-acceptance that will help individuals make healthy changes that promote life fulfillment/happiness. This group will teach individuals how to effectively cope and mafage emotions, gain self-awareness and acceptance, and living an authentic life.

The Sisterhood Circle- Group for African American Women
Group starts: January 10, 2008
Every other Thursday at 6:30pm – 8pm
$40 per session
This group is designed for African American women who want support and encouragement in living everyday life. The group will provide a nurturing environment that allows participants to share personal stories, overcome ethnic related issues and explore healing and personal growth. Group will incorporate creative forms of expression to promote healing and empowerment.
