Her clinical focus in therapy  utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy,  and other modalities that focus on the importance of challenging and changing your thoughts to change your behaviors, finding client--focused solutions; thus creating a more positive outlook and lifestyle.  Christian's specialties include: self- empowerment/ personal growth, trauma recovery/ PTSD, interpersonal/relationship issues, and school/workplace stressors. In addition, Christian specializes in program and policy development in behavioral health, education, and prevention.  Her personal mission is to "help empower people to help empower themselves and others."

About Us

Christian F. Johnson, MBA, MS, LCSW 


is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Coach, Trainer, & Consultant that received her Master of Science degree from Columbia University in 2002, and Master of Business Administration in 2013 from University of Phoenix. She founded Wholistic Counseling & Wellness Alternatives, LLC in 2006 based on the belief that self- reliance is achieved when a person's life is balanced and functioning as a whole. She gained her counseling, coaching, and consulting experience from providing services to a diverse background of individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations in school, community, and corporate based settings.


Moreso, Ms. Johnson is also a locally and nationally recognized Trainer, Consultant, Community Organizer, and Speaker. She has been featured in multiple local and national media interviews with media such as KTVK- News Channel 3, Phoenix Public Access 12, Black Enterprise Magazine, and National Association of Social Workers- AZ Chapter. She provides trainings and workshops to various local and state level organizations.
