Michelle Worthy, LPN

Nursing Consultant

is a Licensed Practical Nurse.  She has over 30 years experience providing nursing care and advocacy.  Michelle has worked in various fields of nursing including, but not limited to NICU ,Special and Chronic Health Needs, Pediatrics,Med- Surg, subacute and long term care, and school nursing.  Michelle has also served as an adjuncty faculty training patient care technician students. She specializes in working with pediatric and geriatric populations.  In addition, Michelle provides patient care consultation, assisting community based placements with medication review, monitoring, and care coordination with provides, to ensure patients receive the optimal benefits of their medications and care.

Dr. Alana Brunacini, DBH, LAC, NBCC

has been working in behavioral health since 2009.  Alana specializes in substance use disorders, chronic pain management, depression, anxiety, and self- esteem.  Dr. Brunacini has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults, as well as first responders and their families.  Dr. Brunacini received her Master's degree from Argosy University and completed her Doctoral degree in behavioral health, from Arizona State University in 2012.  She has additional training from the Milton H. Erickson Foundation in Phoenix for clinical hypnosis.  In addition, Dr. Brunacini teaches behavioral health science and counseling classes for the Maricopa County Community Colleges.

Lindsay Love, LCSW


is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California.  Lindsay has experience working with teens and adults in outpatient, community, and group home settings, who have experienced trauma.    Dedicated to social justice issues, Lindsay makes sure to create a safe space for marginalized voices to be centered in the clinical space.  Lindsay has experience with narrative therapy approaches that allows survivors to tell their stories in empowering ways, which promote healing by giving a voice to those who have been suffering in silence.  She also has experience with mindfulness based approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).  

Erica Young Merritt, MS, MSW, MPA

Behavioral Health Consultant

is a native of Trenton, South Carolina. She found her way back to Arizona after serving for seven honorable years in the United State Air Force.  Erica holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree, Masters of Psychology degree, Masters of Social Work degree, and Masters of Public Administration degree. She has exercised her social work skills in medical social work, hospice social work, psychiatric social work, crisis suicide prevention, and currently works with at risk teens as a school social worker. Erica serves on the Mesa School District Suicide Prevention Taskforce.
